Shipping Policy

Please allow 4 to 6 business days to process your order.

  • We use UPS (United Parcel Service). Any orders that are refused or misdirected because of improper shipping information will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for both the appropriate restocking fee and return shipping. Return shipping of the product is not refundable.
  • Items damaged in shipping: Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted upon delivery. Additionally, please save all packaging materials for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and return the damaged merchandise. If the damage was not apparent until you opened the package, contact us within 48 hours so that we can take the necessary steps to file the claims and resolve the issue. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
  • Partial Shipments:
  • We make every effort to ship all products in a single shipment. If, for any reason, we cannot ship one or more items due to back-order, we will ship the parts that are available and update the order status as necessary.
  • International Shipping:
  • The customer is responsible for any extra fees for international shipping addresses. International shipping may double delivery times.
  • All orders placed through are in United States Dollars.
