QUATTRO PRO MASSAGER WARRANTY

This product is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against defect in materials or workmanship. If the product is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. The product should be returned to Hi-Tech Therapy Products, Inc. and not to the store where you purchased it. Before returning the product, you must first contact Hi-Tech Therapy Products, Inc. to obtain a return authorization number. The cost to return the product to Hi-Tech Therapy Products, Inc. is your responsibility.

This warranty does not apply to defect or breakage resulting from any action of the consumer, including but not limited to uses not set forth in the General Use and Guidelines, abuse, or misuse of the product. HI-TECH THERAPY PRODUCTS, INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES FOR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. THE REMEDIES TO THE CONSUMER SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF HI-TECH THERAPY PRODUCTS, INC. WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED $40.00. IN NO EVENT SHALL HI-TECH THERAPY PRODUCTS, INC BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AS SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES.
